We know you don’t expect to cancel your lessons, things happen, we do understand. But, if we’re going to stay in business as a driving school, we must have a strict cancellation policy.
We require payment for each lesson at the time of scheduling. Think of this as you would think of buying a concert ticket. You’ve bought the seat, it’s yours, we can’t sell it to someone else. It’s your seat whether you choose to sit in it or not!
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please do so as EARLY as possible. You can easily do this on our scheduling website anytime 24/7 with no additional charge. Habitually cancelling lessons within 3 days of the appointment could result in our refusal to schedule additional lessons.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not make the appointment for any reason, there will be NO option to reschedule and NO credit given. We cannot fill your missed apointment with less than 24 hours notice, but we still have to pay our instructor for that time.
